Me and Annelie had a great dinner at the new restaurant at Waterkloof estate. The buildings are minimalistic, yet spectacular. The view over the bay is something to behold and the food (and service) very good. I had the pork-belly supported by the local Shiraz, while Annelie's fish with the stunning Viognier was better.
