Playground on the other side of the Bar

I decided to have a mocktail nightcap in the bar on the ground floor of the Intercontinental in Dubai. The brightly lit lights of the fairground on the other side of Festival City reflected in the windows behind a lonely guy nursing a drink on the other side of the bar. Strange place.
