I killed a Pigeon

We have this problem with the marks that Rock Pigeons leave on the balcony at home. I like these birds a lot and would not mind them sharing the balcony with us, but this has become impossible as they are in the process of filling the area with their droppings. Therefor, I recently acquired a capable slingshot with which I killed a pigeon on Saturday. It was weird to experience the adrenaline when I realised that the pigeon was hit and actually falling from the air.
