Lamb ribs and Merlot
f asked what food I like best, I would probably settle on lamb ribs slowly barbecued on the coals only salted with nothing else on it. This should be accompanied by a great Merlot. We did just that this week (the Merlot being from a small Tulbach wine-maker; Manleys). Food for kings.
Why am I posting this information and pictures of my life, my friends and my family on the web, for any-one to see? Well, for a start, I am comfortable with who I am and the relationships that I have with people around me. I would rather post the core information about myself on the web, than waiting for someone else to compile it.. and get it wrong.
