Fairview Beryl Back tasting

Returning from Vredendal, me and Annelie stopped at Fairview for lunch. This popular eatery was fully booked, so we filled up our waiting time with a master tasting in the Beryl Back room: eight wines paired with local cheeses. We enjoyed it so much and ended up tasting about twelve wines. The tasting room, the wines and the experience was as good as it gets - absolute world class. The late lunch was also good.
This is about me - who I am and what I am doing. No pretences, no masks, no gimmicks just me.
Why am I posting this information and pictures of my life, my friends and my family on the web, for any-one to see? Well, for a start, I am comfortable with who I am and the relationships that I have with people around me. I would rather post the core information about myself on the web, than waiting for someone else to compile it.. and get it wrong.
